Renee Carter-Perpall, DPM, MPH

Dr. Renee Carter-Perpall is an Associate on the Clinical Public Health Team.

She received her B.A. in Biology from Hampton University, her Master of Public Health in Public Health Practice and Policy from University of Maryland, College Park, and her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).

Dr. Carter-Perpall is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The Links, Incorporated, the American Public Health Association, the National Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and Leadership Prince George’s.

Her interests include foot health & fitness, yoga, foods & spices, body hydration, walking for health, women’s golf, and cooking techniques.

Tamanna Kazi, RN

Tamanna Kazi, RN is a Member on the Clinical Public Health Team.

She received her B.S. in Nursing, with a minor in Public Health from George Mason University.

She has her Telehealth certification, as well as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Tamanna is on the MGUH Evidence Based Practice Council.

Her interests include local public health, art history, and women's health.

Deborah C. Burgess, RN

Deborah C. Burgess, RN is an Associate on the Clinical Public Health Team.

She received her B.S. in Nursing from Long Island University, her Master of Business Administration from Hampton University, her Cardiac Medicine Certification (CMC), and her Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Certification.

Deborah is a member of the American Association of Critical Nurses.

Her interests include proactive health maintenance, and wellness promotion.
