Lauryn Perpall, the Founder/CEO of The Public Health Record, is a dedicated individual with a diverse educational background.

Holding a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Leadership Studies from Hampton University and a Master of Public Health in Public Health Practice and Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park, Lauryn has a solid foundation in health-related disciplines.

She immersed herself in the rich tapestry of public health, exploring diverse interests ranging from health equity and disparities to community engagement, epidemiology, cancer, environmental justice, oral health, and implementation science.

Being an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the American Public Health Association, Lauryn's dedication to community service and advocacy is steadfast, shaping her into a catalyst for positive change in public health and beyond.

Lauryn has a deep-seated passion for public health initiatives and community engagement. She strongly believes in the transformative power of education in public health and its ability to make a meaningful impact, one step at a time.
